Action are a tool in Photoshop that can save time and increase productivity by automate tasks. I often used them for reproducing techniques for web or photos. Sometime I created a special effects web button and save them for later use. Action is a great way to record my steps as I work and play them back as I needed. They are extremely helpful when I want to achieve some sorta of cool effect in my photography. Think it as the presets for Adobe Lightroom 3. Just one click and I’ll get the effect I’m looking for on my photos. It can be vintage, colorful or even grey scale.
