Hello everyone! I am thrilled to be back and blogging again. First of all, I'm delightfully married. Just because I got married it doesn't mean that I'll stop blogging. I've recently become a perm-lancer, so I'm trying to figure out what all my hours are and what's the next step for my blog (probably a redesign). I know many of my readers had been waiting for my wedding video & photos. I have every intention of going into my wedding in more detail in the coming weeks, but I figured today I'll start off by sharing our wedding video first. For those of you who don't know I had a destination wedding. I got married down at Riviera Maya, Mexico.
When I was planning my destination wedding in Mexico, hiring a videographer was the last thing on my mind. Until I had a conversation with my maid of honor, who told me that it's very important to capture the special celebration on film, I hadn't thought about the fact that you want to look back years from now and still remember everything. So our wedding planner, Elena from Grand Velas Resort, recommended Richard and Margarita from HW cinema to us. Richard and Margarita showed up early on our wedding day. They were there every step of the way, capturing every detail and every special moment. They made sure they had captured all the shots they needed to tell our story. When we received our highlight video we were awed by the incredible job they did. The video was touching, beautiful and phenomenal. Everyone who has seen the highlight video was completely blown away by their storytelling as well as their creativity. They did a great job with our video; on top of that we made new friends in Mexico.
Sweet Margarita filming us in Playa.

Oh how I wish this video didn’t end!! I almost cried at your wedding and I wasn’t even there!!! Sarah, you are stunning and your handsome hubby too! I can’t get ove how wonderful this entire video is and how your videographer caught the very best of moments during your special celebration!!! I think my favorite scene, at 3:10, is the expression of innocence and wonder on your face as John…oops, I mean Allen of course…; ) approached you from behind. How incredibly touching!!! Wow..you have a wonderful collection of memories to watch over and over again as long as both shall live!!

This is SUCH a beautiful video of your wedding, near perfection! I especially loved the beach scenes and then the shot of the rings…so beautifully orchestrated. And your simple cabana beach wedding was so lovely. Congrats, congrats! xoxo

I have never wanted to get married, or maybe I want to get married but never wanted a wedding. But this video gives me chills. Maybe I do want a wedding but it would have to be in Mexico just like this.
