Part 2: Fabulous Food and Cocktails – Secrets Resort in Jamaica
We had so much food at Secrets Wild Orchid. Since it's all-inclusive, we were basically eating non-stop and drinking every day. The breakfast buffet offered so much variation, there was always something we enjoyed. Dinner was pretty decent. Some were outstanding especially the Jamaican food. The Preferred Club Lounge always has good snack choices and yummy desserts all day long. I love their finger sandwiches, chicken and wide selection of cakes.
There are five restaurants for dinner which are Jamaican, Italian, Mexican, French and Japanese. My least favorite is probably the Portofino Italian restaurant – that's because I have been to Rome, Florence and Tuscany. I had so much Italian food in Italy so I am just comparing the food in Jamaica to what I had in Italy. Overall it's still a good dinner.
Room service was excellent. We had our breakfast delivered to our room and the breakfast at our ocean-facing balcony was a unforgettable experience. Overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back and have those delicious snacks at the PC lounge.

Wow girl! that’s some serious dining going on there! Food looks terrific. Love the Bob Marley drinks.. were they alcoholic? The beach looks fabulous too. I could eat on a beach all week and die happy! Great post.. have missed them!

Haha, thanks girl. Yea Bob Marley is a cocktail drink there. One thing I love these all-inclusive resort is that everything is included in the price you paid. So I don't have to keep watch my wallet. I remember when I went to a resort in Puerto Rico a Piña Colada drink cost me $12.00. I try to have only one a day. At this reosrt in Jamaica, I forget how many I have ordered, I almost become a alcoholic there, haha J.P. Liek you say when there is a beach, you just tend o drink and eat more.

Wow, you are? You're going to love it. where part of Jamaica are you going to? I visited Montego Bay and Negril. They are both beautiful. You have to go try the jerk chicken & pork on those Jerk Trail. Try Jamaican Apple from those street fruit vender. They are so different then the regular apple. I never had those in the state. I think it's called Ackee. If you're a outdoor person there's so much to do like zipline etc. Let me know what are you planning to do. :)
